Heat a drizzle of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add curry and peanuts to the pan, then sauté for 3 minutes or until heated through.
Transfer quinoa to a microwave-safe container, then heat on high for 0.5 minutes.
To serve, place quinoa onto a plate and top with curry.
Transfer curry and peanuts to a microwave-safe container, then heat on high for 2 minutes. Add quinoa, then heat on high for a further 0.5 minutes.
